Our project managers are pro-active and work hand-in-hand with our development managers to ensure information is disseminated in timely and accurate fashion to ensure progress is correctly reported, risks and issues are identified early and actively managed. Our process works differently in that we ensure all progress and risks and issues are fed into our financial monitoring systems, which dynamically determine profitability and identify liquidity issues. This helps ensure developers have sufficient time to proactively correct course on a project.
