We prepare and deliver robust real estate development financial feasibility analyses. Our feasibility studies rely on complex financial models built on extensive due diligence – giving clients and financiers crucial insight into sensitivity scenarios, risk analyses, expected cash flow projections, and revenue forecasts.

We undertake the due diligence of projects with the mentality of principal finance and can fulfil the information requirements of sophisticated financial parties. We advise on real estate transactions offering our clients the sophistication and expertise gained in major investment banks. We develop cash flow projections, cost modelling, and oversee the project financials inclusive of all costs to complete.

We commission and supervise robust designs to ensure realistic assessments of the cost to complete and we provide strong budget discipline during execution of the real estate development project. Our team manages the tendering process and selects the most suitable contractors considering only those with proven track record of similar completed projects.

For each project, we deploy a dedicated site team comprising the project manager, construction managers, project engineers, site architects and our own QS. This team is supported by our back-office team of analysts and planners who work together to ensure the main contractor and various subcontractors deliver the project according to the program.

Our team provide weekly to monthly reviews of project milestones and contractor performance. We complement these operational reviews with robust financial reporting and ongoing risks analysis that is available to clients in periodic reports and meetings.

Our finance team is led by our senior partners who have more than 40 years of experience in consulting and banking,  having worked in New York, London and now Dubai. This team carries out the financial due diligence, and develops and executes the financial strategy for each project we undertake.


Our senior project management team have a total of 40 years’ experience in design, execution and project management across India and the Middle East. The team brings together experience from diverse sectors ranging from aviation (Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport, Mumbai) to 5-star hospitality (Five Palm Jumeirah - formerly known as the Viceroy Hotel, W Hotel & Residences Palm Jumeirah) to luxury and large scale residential projects such as Sanctuary Falls in Jumeirah Golf Estates, Boulevard Central Towers, Burj Khalifa, and Jumeirah Village Triangle in Dubai, and Bhimashankar Hills – Villas & Apartments, in Karjat, India, to name a few.

By bringing in the best talent from the local marketplace, our in-house project management team expedites the timely and cost disciplined execution of real estate development projects through to completion.



We have two teams deployed on this 38-floor residential tower comprising 224 Units, with finishing works remaining. Our on-site team are currently carrying out technical due diligence for project re-tendering. Our finance team is reviewing the project’s financial and administrative information to assisting in structuring an AED 130 million financing. Our services will be carried out under a 20-months development management agreement.


Two ongoing G+5 buildings, one in Meydan and one in Jumeirah Village Triangle with a combined total of 149 residential units, with three more buildings being commenced by the client within the next six months. For the two ongoing buildings we have assisted in the structuring of AED 35 million in financing, and the project is being executed under a 24-month development management agreement.


Currently engaged with the master developer to design, assist in financial structuring, oversee construction and procure delivery of selected villas in a high-profile master development with 150 villas ranging in built-up-areas from 8,000 sqft to 25,000 sqft, with a five-year programme to complete.
